When we first arrived we were greeted by this crazy dog named Diamond and my grandma Bernie.
Then Marie and I went on a walk around my grandma’s ranch to check out the animals and stuff.

What’s up peeps?!
So it’s been a while since I sat down and wrote a personal blog… I blame twitter!!!
So I’ve been good. Working a lot and hanging out with friends a lot. My camera broke as I posted back in September so I am still cameraless!! I’m going to use my birthday money and best buy gift cards to buy the Panasonic Lumix ZS1K 10.1 Megapixel Digital Camera this saturday so expect to be spammed with pictures soon!!!!
I have also set up a Flickr account and I plan to set up a pro one once I get my lumix.
So today I had to wake up at 5AM so I could make it to a meeting in the Valley! It was crazy cold so I went to the Starbucks in the Sherman Oaks Galleria to get some warm coffee. It was my first time in that mall and it was super cute! Check out their sweet tree!!

Then I took a brisk walk to our main office for the meeting and snapped a few more iPhone pictures!
I found some Fall in California and a big white bird(crane?) chilling in the LA river.
Since the meeting I have pretty much just been chilling and doing things around the house! I played on Poupee a little. Check out my Steve Jobs Poupee Girl LOL
Anyway I am running on a few hours sleep so I think I should get to bed! Going to get a lot of chores done because Thursday is my birthday and I need to relax on that day!

Alright to change the subject that everyone is on…
I don’t mean to get all Shoot Em Up on you but…
You know what I hate?
I hate people who bitch to bitch!
They care enough to complain but they don’t care about solutions to their problems.
So I was talking to this guy. The FIRST day we spoke. No. No. The FIRST few hours we spoke I learned about all his life problems. From childhood problems, to girlfriend problems, to medical problems, to family problems.
First of all I am so sick and tired of guys who just talk about them selves let alone all their problems. Also, isn’t it a cardinal rule not to talk about exs when first meeting your next potential mate?
Of course I didn’t pay attention to the first signs and kept talking to him. Then today he was telling me his issues with health care and I pointed out that his former job was being unlawful. Instead of saying “Well thanks for that useful info Shawnee, I’ll remember that for next time or if I hear someone else being treated like I was” he said “I don’t care I got laid off”
He doesn’t care?! He cared enough to bitch about it!
See I can bitch about him because I did something about him LOL I told him to have a nice life, good bye, and I ignored the 5 million aim messages from him after saying good bye to him.
No one is ever going to get a decent girlfriend like that! No one! If I had a debbie downer like that as a lovah I’d move on too!
So here is my note to the men out there.
NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR YOUR LIFE STORY THE SECOND THEY MEET YOU!
If you don’t show an active interest in getting to know the other person they aren’t going to show an active interest in getting to know you! Plain and simple.
Plus if you have issues it’s best not to throw all the cards on the table until the girl is super into you and she can over look such issues.
